- Once a product has been purchased and delivered/downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to the purchased product/service within 24 hours of payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The product delivered is completely inaccessible or corrupted, and a replacement cannot be provided.
