The State Commission or the National Commission will investigate the appeal and will issue a notice to the respondent. The respondent will have an opportunity to file a reply to the appeal. The State Commission or the National Commission will then hold a hearing and will decide the appeal.
The decision of the State Commission or the National Commission is final and binding on both parties.
