MUSHROOM CULTIVATION

  • PURPOSE:
    • a. For growing popular variety of mushroom (White Button, Oyster & Paddy Straw);
    • b. To construct buildings, packing and broiler room, AC room, water tank, platform and set up broiler/ insulation blowers, steel racks, water supply line etc.
    • c. Working capital (initially for one crop only) may also be considered towards raw material (straw chicken manure, chemicals, seeds etc.) labour and diesel etc.
  • ELIGIBILITY: Individuals as well as for large sized units possessing adequate experience of mushroom cultivation.
  • EXTENT OF LOAN: Need based
  • REPAYMENT: Max 7 years (including 6 months gestation period)

MUSHROOM SPAWN PRODUCTION

  • PURPOSE: Financial assistance for spawn production is considered for the purpose of recurring expenditure as well as investment costs as an integral loan.
    • a. INVESTMENT CREDIT- For construction of laboratory, inoculation/incubation chamber & purchase of autoclave, pressure cooker, refrigerator, gas burner, air filter, hot plate, stove, utensils, UV tubes, balances, bottle cleaner, trolley, hot air oven, air conditioner & diesel generator
    • b. **WORKING CAPITAL–**For purchase of items like spawn bottles, cotton wheat-grains, gypsum, chalk powder, chemicals, laboratory glassware, culture tubes, electricity, fuel & labor charges etc.
  • ELIGIBILITY: Individuals as well as large sized units possessing qualification in plant pathology or having proper background & training for spawn production.
  • EXTENT OF LOAN: Need based
  • REPAYMENT: Max 7 years (including one year gestation period)
