- Customers registered as “Individuals” or “Sole Proprietors” with Bank
- Customer WhatsApp number is registered with Bank
- Account with mode of operation as Self, Prop, Either or Survivor, Former or Survivor, Joint, Anyone can only be viewed on WhatsApp.
- Services such as Cheque book request, stop cheque etc. will be permitted by Bank guidelines in the account as per mode of operation.
